    Heritage Sheds & Garages – Warranty Information

    At Heritage Sheds & Garages, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. That’s why every new structure comes with a 10-Year Limited Warranty, provided at the time of installation.

    10-Year Limited Warranty Overview

    This limited warranty certifies that the structure you’ve purchased from Heritage Sheds & Garages LLC (Gap, PA) is covered for a period of 10 years from the date of installation.

    When installed by Heritage Sheds & Garages LLC or an approved contractor, and when used and maintained properly, your structure is guaranteed to remain structurally sound. Please note that certain natural occurrences are excluded from coverage. These include:

    • Normal wear and tear

    • Natural aging

    • Shrinking or expansion of materials

    • Wood checking or surface imperfections

    • Paint fading or knots bleeding through

    • All wooden materials

    Because our structures are built directly on the ground, some settling may occur over time. To ensure longevity, regular upkeep is essential—this includes cleaning, painting, caulking, and keeping vegetation clear from the structure’s perimeter to allow proper ventilation.

    This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser and installation location—unless the structure is moved by a Heritage Sheds & Garages LLC-approved installer. Any relocation by an unauthorized party will void the warranty.

    To validate the warranty, installation must be completed by Heritage Sheds & Garages LLC or an authorized contractor, and the original invoice must be attached to this certificate.

    • Each structure is custom fabricated, so instructions may not match every component exactly

    Hardware & Fasteners

    Hardware is not included with our shed kits. We recommend:

    • Framing nails for shed erection and structural components

    • Roofing nails for shingle installation

    • Siding nails for fascia and exterior trim

    • Fasteners may be hand-driven or used with pneumatic nailers
